Getting Serious Now, as our HCFS Outreach campaign, is a call for all of us to reflect on our work and make sure we are doing what needs to be done and doing it quickly enough to make real progress, in order to avoid unacceptable and irreversible impacts on our world. For me, this translates into an urgency to make the connection between climate change, biodiversity losses, and our work on developing healthy local food systems.
All of our HCFS work supports this goal, and the past 10-plus years of essays or blog posts aim to explain this message. All the essays since 2015 can be found on our Blog, but a few previous essays, listed below, provide some of the foundation for this campaign.
